This program seeks to celebrate and advance these priority groups of business owners: Women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Mature Vermonters, Young Vermonters, people with disabilities, Veterans, Justice-Involved Individuals, New Americans and People in Rural Places. Our Outreach Partners are here to create easy pathways for you to access this program as well as additional support for you as you grow your business.

The Outreach Partner organizations work to help business owners in the prioritized demographics understand, apply for, and have success with the program.
